Quality Matters Support Limited was founded in 2014 by Bernadette Liddle, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the medical device industry with leading organisations including Siemens Healthineers, Bayer and CR Bard.
Bernadette has held senior roles across Product Quality, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality and Quality Assurance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, is a Lead Auditor for ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and has a postgraduate qualification in Medical Technology Regulatory Affairs from Cranfield University.
With in-depth knowledge across a diverse range of medical device technologies; Bernadette has worked with hardware and software and Class I, II and III devices.
